Our Story

White Knight Catering is the creation of Ashley Hann who always had a love for fine food and culinary innovation from a young age. Pursuing his love for gastronomy, Ashley obtained his apprenticeship in 1988, before working in a variety of European restaurants where he practised and perfected his craft. 

Passionate to put his very name to the plate and help people create extraordinary events that touched lives, Ashley started his own business in 2005. Since then, he has been dedicated to producing sensational catered food from high quality ingredients and experienced craftsmanship. This has been paired with a commitment to outstanding personal service that arises from astutely listening to the needs and desires of customers, a passion to take away their pain points, and to see the vision of their event come to life.     

Led by Ashley, White Knight Catering to this day continues to be a benchmark of quality catering. Operating out of the commercial kitchen of the Eastwood Golf Club, it is dedicated to helping its customers put on truly memorable events that leave an impact and touch the soul.
